Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate heptahydrate) is a water-soluble, bitter-tasting, white or colourless compound. It is available at pharmacies and drugstores and lists a number of benefits:-During times of stress, the level of magnesium is depleted while adrenaline is increased in the body.
