PREPARATION

Take 1 to 2 tablets 3 times a day after meals or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Swallow without chewing, together with a glass of water or lukewarm water.  This product is not recommended for children or long-term use, unless otherwise directed by your healthcare professional.
