It reduces venous distensibility and venous stasis. 2. In the microcirculation, it normalizes capillary permeability and reinforces capillary resistance. Indications: For treatment of organic and functional chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs with the following symptoms: swollen legs, pain, nocturnal cramps. For treatment of chronic haemorrhoids and acute haemorrhoidal attacks. Dosage and Administration: Usual dose in chronic conditions: 2 tablets daily in two divided doses morning and evening at mealtimes.
