Exchange or Return Policy

What is your Exchange or Return policy?

Not satisfied with the item or made a wrong purchase? No problem, you may choose to exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Simply drop by our Medic Drugstore outlet to exchange or refund your items. 

For all exchanges and returns, kindly produce your receipt and the item in its original packaging and the item should be in good condition. 

Please note that medicines, hygiene-sensitive products and F@M card are strictly not exchangeable or refundable.

Online Exchange or Return Policy

We want to make sure our valued customers are completely satisfied with your purchases on If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any unused products within 7 days from the date of delivery. For example, if the product is expired, incorrect or damaged upon delivery or upon collection at the store.

Before sending/bringing any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been satisfied. 

Please make sure you have completed and submitted the Product Return Form available on within  7 days of delivery. By completely and submitting our Product Return Form you will acquired your RMA (return merchandise authorization) number, which you must provide on your return shipping label before you return shipping back to us. 

Product must be unopened, unused, unconsumed and in the same condition in which it was received and signed by you;

Product must have all the disposable seals still attached;

Product must be returned completed with all of its parts (e.g. free gifts, goodie bags)

Product must be sent back with its original packaging; 

Product must be sent back in one shipment (Products that belong one shipment must be returned to us at the same time);

Please note that medicines, hygiene-sensitive products and F@M card are strictly not exchangeable or refundable.

If all of the above conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of products, tax include (GST 7%) less original shipping costs.  Please note that we will not be issuing any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions listed above.

However, you will have the option to request within 5 days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that Medic drugstore be shipped back to you, at your own cost.

What if the item I ordered online is no longer available?

In the event that the item you ordered online is no longer available in our store, we would be glad to find the best alternative solution for you. Our customer service will advise you accordingly.

Can my order be cancelled?

Medic Drugstore may refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel all or parts of the order placed under the same customer account. If we do change or cancel an order, we will notify you by email or phone that you have submitted with the order.
